Job summary

SES Electrical LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our team, reporting to an office in Seattle, WA or remotely. The role focuses on procurement, coordination of construction activities, and managing budgets to ensure on-time delivery with strict safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing design/build and MATOC/task order projects, including federal work. Candidates should have 10+ years in construction, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• 5-10 years of Federal construction (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA, USAF).
• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects.
• MATOC/Task Order experience.
• Ability to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supervision of construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Analyze RFPs and plans with executives to define project objectives.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within time and budget.
• Develop and revise project schedules with stakeholders and team members.
• Manage project budgets and cost estimates; track cash flow.
