Job summary

SES Electrical LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Construction West Business Line from Seattle or remote. The role focuses on managing large-scale projects, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.

You will interface with clients and executives to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction leadership, federal experience, and proficiency with Procore, P6 Primavera, and RMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred
• 5-10 years of Federal construction (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA, USAF) experience
• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects
• MATOC/Task Order experience
• Ability to travel to project locations
• Experience with Procore, RMS, and P6 Primavera
• Experience with EM-385 safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supervision of subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Analyze project RFPs and plans with executives to define objectives
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within time and budget
• Foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients
• Manage evaluation and acquisition of subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop and revise project schedules with stakeholders and team members
• Prepare project reports for management and clients
