Job summary

The Talent Mine is seeking a Project Manager with electrical experience for an immediate FTE role based on-site in the SeaTac/Seattle Waterfront area, Seattle, WA. The candidate will manage electrical projects for a Puget Sound client with a strong internal promotion record and a stable portfolio from SeaTac airport to the Seattle Convention Center.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical industry, MEP coordination, or electrical field at foreman level.
• Experience with all aspects of project management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings.
• Must pass US government drug screen and background check; able to work onsite daily in SeaTac/Seattle Waterfront area.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for electrical construction projects and coordinate trades.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and BIM/3D models as needed.
