GPAC in the Quantico, VA area is seeking a Federal Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale government projects from inception to completion. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule goals while coordinating cross-functional teams across design, permitting, and construction.

The role emphasizes cost control, forecasting, Procore and Sage 300 proficiency, and effective stakeholder communication, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Competenze

• 7+ years in commercial construction as PM or Sr PM.
• Experience managing large-scale government, military, municipal projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership; safety compliance.
• Experience with cost control, forecasting, and productivity reporting.
• Ground-up / complex projects; full life cycle experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Procore and Sage 300; MS Office PM tools.

Qualifications for Federal Construction Project Manager

• Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Government, Military and Municipal ventures
• 7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and Preconstruction experience is a plus
• Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
• Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle
• Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, specifically with Project Management / Financial Tools and Sage 300 Integration
• Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures, Procore Competency and experience a plus
• Government, Municipal, Military, and industrial construction experience is all preferred!
