Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead a federal contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. You will drive all phases from proposals through closeout, manage client relations, contract administration, cost estimates, and schedules, while enforcing quality and site safety.

The ideal candidate has strong FEC contracting background, capability to handle multiple priorities, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in engineering, architecture, construction science, business or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with GC experience (commercial/industrial).
• Federal contracting experience (JOC/SATOC/MATOC/SABER) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects to deliver on time, within budget and high quality.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with government personnel and prepare meeting minutes.
• Lead safety, quality control, and site safety programs.
• Develop and review project scope, estimates, and line-item costs.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, proposals, and schedules.
• Prepare budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly cost reports.
