Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation, LLC (KIC) seeks a Project Manager (Construction) to lead a federal contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. You will drive all phases from proposal through closeout, manage client relations, contract administration, cost estimates, schedules, and document control.

The ideal candidate has federal construction experience, strong financial oversight, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in construction with a GC.
Federal contracting experience (JOC/SATOC/MATOC/SABER) preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to on-time, within-budget delivery.
Ensure contract compliance and respond to government inquiries.
Enforce QC and Site Safety programs on active sites.
Lead subcontractor buyout and data entry in PM software; prepare reports.
