Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex federal construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, plans, specifications, and budget alignment. You will coordinate with Owner, USACE, NAVFAC, BIA, and GSA, and manage project teams on site.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, cost forecasting, pre-construction coordination, safety compliance, subcontractor management, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience managing construction projects with focus on quality, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC or federal construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of federal contract management systems (RMS, QCS, NAVFAC e-Builder, Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing needs and address staff performance and relations.
• Manage project budget and develop scenarios to meet or beat budget.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Estimating during pre-bid phase.
• Solicit subcontractors and suppliers for proposals.
• Review and negotiate contracts with Owner and executives; ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Attend Owner/Architect meetings and partner progress meetings on federal contracts.
• Submit applications for payment, RFIs, submittals, and response management.
• Maintain project tools RMS, QCS, NAVFAC e-Builder, and record performance.
• Maintain relationships with Owner, Architect, Engineer, Subcontractor, Supplier; ensure prompt payments.
• Oversee closeout documentation and punch lists.
• Oversee Three-Phase QA process and safety compliance EM 385-1-1.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedule (Primavera P6) with 3-week look-aheads.
