Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Superintendent responsible for delivering a functionally and financially viable project ahead of schedule with zero injuries. You will focus on safety, schedule, quality, cost, and client satisfaction while identifying design issues that may lead to disputes.

You will lead a team, manage subcontractors, monitor cost performance, and coordinate with Project Manager and Engineers to keep on the critical path.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Proven track record delivering quality on schedule, safety, and cost.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and lead field staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Ross Group project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor and control cost baseline and variances.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead and long-lead item plans.
• Notify management of events affecting schedule.
• Manage subcontractors and close-out documents.
• Ensure final inspections and project documentation are complete.
• Provide direction to the Project Engineer and support critical path items.
