Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or required.
• US Citizenship as required by federal client and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of federal building and facility construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, reporting, and records management.
• Use construction management software (eCMS, Kahua, Procore) to manage workflows and documentation.
• Coordinate with federal clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Review schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes for completeness and compliance.
• Track actions and project controls to support schedule and budget objectives.
• Assist in quality assurance, contract administration, risk management, and project closeout activities.
