Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 15 years relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer and/or Licensed General Contractor is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred; U.S. Citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal building and facility construction management efforts in Key West area.
• Act as primary liaison between federal clients, contractors, design teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule performance, budgets, quality objectives, and risks.
• Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, changes, and pay apps.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality and safety against contract requirements.
• Coordinate activities among contractors, government reps, and project team.
