Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing medium‑to‑large commercial construction projects for a general contractor is required.
• Federal project experience (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC) is strongly preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and proposals; capable of coordinating time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute federal projects leveraging client policies and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and site superintendents.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and construction service plans with department managers and engineers.
• Review design documents for scope and contract compliance; generate progress and financial reports.
• Travel 20–30% to project sites and lead project meetings from pre‑award to close‑out.
