Qualifications

• 5+ years as commercial/public works GC Project Manager
• Strong familiarity with public agency protocols
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles: budgeting, scheduling, FAR compliance, subcontractor buyout, and owner relations.
• Coordinate closely with agency representatives (USACE/VA) and manage occupied-facility constraints.
