Job summary

West Point Contractors seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead federal construction projects across the West Coast. You will be responsible for project direction, schedule performance, cost control, and profitability, with travel of 25%+.

The ideal candidate brings strong contract administration, field coordination, and subcontractor management experience for federal work, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a construction management environment.
• Experience on federal or public works projects (FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or US Army Corps of Engineers).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor resources, daily operations, and profitability.
• Develop project budgets, start-up plans, and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate project reports for performance improvement.
