Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in federal construction project management or site supervision.
• Experience working on military bases or secure government facilities preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal construction projects on active military installations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, NAVFAC, and USACE standards.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout.
