Job summary

Potawatomi Defense Operations, LLC seeks a Construction Management Representative to support NAVFAC Northwest/OICC Puget in oversight of major Federal construction projects at Silverdale, WA. You will perform owner-side management, QA/QC, schedule reviews, cost analysis, safety and documentation throughout project life cycle.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFIs and submittals, coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring safety and environmental compliance, and supporting changes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of Construction Management experience.
• At least 1 year of NAVFAC/USACE Capital Improvements experience.
• Experience with QA/QC, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of Federal construction requirements and UFGS specifications.
• Primavera P6 experience.
• Ability to obtain government/base access.
• Valid driver's license.
• CQM-C certification preferred; if not current, may be obtained within 90 days.
• Ability to perform construction-site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities for compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Review RFIs, submittals, plans, specifications, and contractor correspondence.
• Evaluate contractor quality-control programs and workmanship.
• Review baseline schedules, monthly updates, look-ahead schedules, and potential delays.
• Identify schedule problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Review contractor safety plans and Activity Hazard Analyses.
• Monitor environmental and stormwater compliance.
• Maintain construction documentation, daily reports, working files, and photo logs.
• Review contractor payment requests and verify work completed.
• Review and monitor construction as-builts.
• Support contract modifications, independent estimates, change orders, claims, and delay analysis.
• Perform constructability reviews.
• Participate in progress, QA/QC, safety, scheduling, environmental, and coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, Government personnel, and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, punch-list activities, warranty documentation, and project closeout.
• Prepare written recommendations, reports, meeting minutes, and project-status updates.
