Job summary

KOMAN Family of Companies is seeking a General Manager to lead a subsidiary focused on construction for federal, DoD, and commercial clients. You will set strategic direction, drive operational performance, and oversee finance, HR, safety, and admin to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

This role demands executive leadership, strong P&L control, business development in federal markets, and the ability to build high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with contracts and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is implied by senior leadership requirements.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership at General Manager/Operations Manager level.
• Experience managing construction operations with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all subsidiary operations.
• Direct and oversee construction management, financial performance, staffing, and administration.
• Develop strategic plans for revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
• Lead federal construction business development and client relationship growth.
• Establish budgets, forecasts, and allocate resources to ensure profitability.
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high‑performing staff; collaborate with HR, Finance, Contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies; drive continuous improvement.
