Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial construction experience with proven PM success.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel and construction PM software; adaptable to platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and federal construction projects from turnover through closeout.
• Oversee multiple projects typically $1M–$5M in value.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to develop/maintain schedules.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contracts.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Review subcontractor invoices and pencil AIA billings.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and teams.
• Manage construction activities in occupied facilities when required.
• Adapt to different PM software platforms per client/project needs.
• Conduct periodic visits to out-of-state projects to support field leadership.
