RiVidium Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Classification Specialist to support federal HR operations for the NNSA.

You will provide expert federal position classification, staffing, and personnel action processing while ensuring compliance with OPM standards and federal HR policies. The role requires strong knowledge of classification principles and hands-on experience with position documentation, SF-50 actions, SCDs, eOPFs, and HR systems such as USA Staffing, CHRIS, Workday, FHR Navigator, and

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience in federal human resources management.
• 5+ years of specialized experience applying OPM standards and the Classifier’s Handbook.
• Experience preparing Job Analyses, Crediting Plans, Evaluation Statements, and PDs.
• Hands-on SF-50 processing experience and complex actions.
• Experience calculating SCDs and maintaining eOPFs.
• Proficient with USA Staffing, CHRIS, Workday, FHR Navigator, and Yello.
• Active OPM DE Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in the respective field.

Responsibilities

• Perform federal position classification and staffing activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Apply OPM Qualification Standards, Operating Policies, and the Classifier’s Handbook.
• Develop Job Analyses, Crediting Plans, Evaluation Statements, FLSA determinations, and PDs.
• Review and evaluate position descriptions for proper classification and requirements.
• Process complex SF-50 personnel actions accurately and per federal regulations.
• Calculate SCDs and maintain electronic eOPFs.
• Support personnel action processing and classification in Workday and CHRIS.
• Utilize USA Staffing, CHRIS, Workday, FHR Navigator, and Yello.
• Provide classification and staffing guidance to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of classification and personnel actions.
