Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our client team in Washington, DC.

This onsite role requires a Top Secret clearance and citizenship, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, user-story creation, QA testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will report to the client site four days per week with one remote day option, and bring 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Cleared.
• Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Business Requirement Analysis
• Experience with Agile Project Management
• Experience with JIRA Ticketing
• Experience with Manual Testing
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed
