Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program analysis, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports and presentations.
• Experience analyzing workflows, requirements, and operational data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, Excel analyses, presentations, and other management-support products.
• Monitor performance metrics, timelines, accuracy, workload, and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and liaise among program, administrative, financial, HR, travel, procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Support special projects, onboarding, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and service.
• Provide timely responses to complex inquiries and support leadership with ad hoc analyses.
