You will work with BD, marketing, and delivery teams to position services and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the market pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in Federal market or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery, pricing and risk reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies across MILCON, sustainment, restoration, modernization, and delivery methods.
• Lead client engagement and coordinate with leaders to align priorities and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Review proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments; monitor performance and drive improvements.
