Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of federal budgeting and procurement experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerBI.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform budget execution activities and prepare data for presentation.
• Manage Spend Plans and reconcile reports with plans.
• Track commitments, obligations and expenditures in FFMS.
• Build and maintain budget dashboards in PowerBI.
• Analyze financial data and prepare complex reports and briefings.
• Allocate funding across subdivisions and codes.
• Reconcile plan funding with actual expenditures.
