Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Federal financial management consultant to support government clients in Arlington, VA. You will tackle grants, reimbursable agreements, procurement, and budget processes, translating data into actionable insights.

You will deliver clear presentations, manage client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines while maintaining compliance with federal regulations. This hybrid role requires up to 2-5 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Experience with Federal financial management regulations and guidance.
• Experience delivering training or knowledge transfer to Federal stakeholders.
• Experience working with Federal agencies and familiarity with Federal accounting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present findings to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Federal clients across financial management including grants, reimbursable agreements, procurement, and budget execution.
• Develop clear deliverables (presentations, reports, analyses, dashboards) for stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings to gather data and validate findings.
• Provide analysis and insight to inform decision-making and project direction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance financial operations and controls.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within client goals.
