Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) is seeking a Budget Analyst to support CM3 budget planning, formulation, and execution in Washington DC. The role emphasizes financial analysis, reports, and interaction with business leaders across CM3 sub offices, including AMMTO and MDO.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of federal budgeting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment near the James V. Forrestal Building. DoE-related support is a key focus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years' experience delivering Federal financial and budget management.
• Knowledge of Federal financial management and the federal budget cycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Experience producing professional reports and documents.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Mansioni

• Support the administration of corporate budget and management tools that enable CM3 to execute its budget.
• Ensure budgeting and forecasting is aligned with business and strategic planning.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Support reports, models, and other financial analytic tools (e.g., STARS, PM Bridge, CPS) to measure, forecast and analyze financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including dashboards, trends and other financial reports for business leaders.
• Assist with preparation of various management presentations to communicate strategies.
• Assist in the creation and review of various external reports and SOPs for system requirements.
• Analyze processing flows, integration of external system interfaces and internal subsystem modules, and recommend improvements to internal controls.
• Support execution and monitoring of CM3 and its sub offices (AMMTO, AMMPT, MDO, ASO) annual operating plans.
• Support administration of CM3’s financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards.
• Support administration and monitoring of CM3’s travel budget.
• Support new initiatives as needed.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, as required.
