The role includes leading executive workshops, benchmarking, and critical surveys to shape mission-focused outcomes in a high-regulation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of intensive and progressive experience in IT solution and software project management, business process automation, or related field.
• Must have active security clearance.
• Must work on site in Washington D.C. area.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for the most complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
• Provides expert guidance to agency heads, directors, and senior managers on quality improvement, business process reengineering, and strategic IT solutions.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering capacity, time, and desired results; analyzes needs and translates into system requirements.
• Designs, leads, and conducts executive level workshops, benchmarking, and surveys.
