Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting methods, practices, regulations, and processes for formulating and executing budgets.
• Familiar with GAAP and internal control concepts and standards.
• Understanding of Federal contracting and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, justify, and execute budgets for programs and activities.
• Provide fiscal oversight and advisory services for APF and NAF funds.
• Develop operating budgets and verify data and reports budget execution.
