Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking an Audit Associate to join our team. The incumbent will perform procedures such as document gathering, data analysis, and assist with preparation of deliverables under the supervision of their Manager.

Responsibilities include executing day-to-day audit activities, gathering audit data, and drafting deliverables while fostering a professional, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and understanding of accounting concepts are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is required.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship are required to be considered.
• CPA highly desirable and 150 credit hours CPA-eligibility are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as document gathering and data analysis under supervision.
• Assist with preparation of deliverables for engagements.
• Execute day-to-day audit activities and conduct fieldwork daily.
• Gather audit-related data and maintain professional conduct in client environments.
• Support drafting and preparation of project deliverables and share knowledge with the team.
