You will plan and execute audits, perform fieldwork, prepare workpapers, and communicate findings to clients, while building strong relationships and contributing to a quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Working toward CPA license or plans to obtain is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting or a related role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base.
• Perform fieldwork testing of financial statement accounts, internal controls, and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare workpapers and document audit findings per firm standards.
• Communicate with clients to request supporting documentation and clarify audit issues.
• Collaborate with team members and seniors to ensure timely project completion.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
• Perform fieldwork testing of financial statement accounts, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP
• Prepare workpapers and document audit findings in accordance with firm and professional standards
• Communicate with clients to request supporting documentation and clarify audit issues
• Collaborate with team members and senior staff to ensure efficient and timely project completion
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience through professionalism and attention to detail
