Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
• 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Current Architect license in good standing.
• Experience delivering construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, fire regulations, and related standards.
• Proficiency with architectural design and production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design for federal and military projects.
• Develop design concepts, technical solutions, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Support projects through planning, design, documentation, and construction.
• Coordinate architectural work across multidisciplinary design teams.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review architectural work for technical accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Apply knowledge of building codes, regulations, and federal project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Solve complex design challenges with practical and innovative solutions.
• Support project and client management activities as appropriate.
