LMI in Washington, DC seeks a Senior AI and Agile Transformation Lead to guide PMOD’s AI strategy and AI adoption across CBP. The role requires strong government-facing experience, SAFe leadership, and the ability to drive scalable agile and AI initiatives.

This is a citizenship-background role with CBP BI considerations. The successful candidate will architect AI solutions for federal customers, foster cross-functional collaboration, and oversee program governance, risk, and cadence across ARTs

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Agile software delivery or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an RTE or similar scaled Agile leadership role.
• Experience standing up a new ART, launching major Agile transformation, or restructuring an ART.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, refinement, and execution of PMOD’s AI strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Serve as a senior AI subject-matter expert to PMOD leadership and CBP stakeholders.
• Identify high-value AI use cases that support mission outcomes and modernization.
• Advise stakeholders on AI capabilities, risks, governance, and responsible implementation.
• Design and support AI solutions for government customers, including requirements and pilots.
• Maintain awareness of CBP AI activities and governance structures for coordination.
