Job summary

Factory is seeking innovative Software Engineers to join our founding Federal team. You will build and evolve AI systems that accelerate government software organizations, working with DoW, IC, and federal civilian agencies to operate in secure, air‑gapped environments.

You will design and deploy AI-driven agentic capabilities, integrate with DoD and GovCloud ecosystems, and partner with Security to meet FedRAMP High and IL5/IL6 requirements. On-site work with federal customers may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience post‑degree.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to real-world problems in software contexts.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous projects from concept to deployment, ideally in a founding team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven agentic systems for federal missions.
• Deploy Factory Platform in GovCloud, on‑premises, and air‑gapped networks with limited or no internet.
