Job summary

Oran Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead IT/software projects for U.S. Federal Government programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, AI/ML professionals, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, mission-aligned technology solutions.

The role requires managing end-to-end project delivery, budgets, and schedules, with strong communication and governance. Hybrid work in Washington, DC supports collaboration with federal partners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Business.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical IT/software projects or programs.
• Experience with U.S. Federal Government programs or contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and multiple priorities.
• Experience with AI/ML, data, software engineering, cloud, or emerging tech teams.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps knowledge.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects for Federal Government clients.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate AI/ML and technical teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software and cloud engineers, and DevOps.
• Support planning and delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable project roadmaps and plans.
• Interface with Federal stakeholders, technical leads, vendors, and program leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Guide AI solution development from requirements to deployment and operation.
