Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a candidate in the Washington, DC area to become an expert on the full scale of Scale products and to create tailored demonstrations for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels.

You will partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver customer pilots, integrate diverse datasets, and translate customer requirements into Scale capabilities, working with product and engineering teams. A background in AI/ML and security clearance (TS/SCI) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, mathematics or quantitative fields.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to learn new tech stacks quickly and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on end-to-end Scale products.
• Create tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels.
• Partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver customer pilots per customer requirements.
• Ingest and integrate external datasets to solve government use cases.
• Interact daily with customers to understand pain points and design solutions.
