Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist in Silver Spring, MD to design and integrate moderately complex AI services across operational areas. You will develop structured knowledge repositories, taxonomies, and QA protocols, while supporting AI agent development and prompt templates.

You will also produce user guides and tutorials, and provide ongoing staff consultation. The role requires 3+ years in software/AI development, strong Python skills, experience with LLM APIs

Qualifications

• 3+ years software development experience with AI/ML focus.
• Proficient in Python and deploying AI-powered apps.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured compliance and enforcement knowledge repositories.
• Establish taxonomy and metadata standards for searchable information.
• Develop QA protocols to ensure accuracy and relevance of stored information.
• Assist leadership in planning AI Agent and prompt development.
• Create a prompt library categorized by function and complexity.
• Test and refine prompts to maximize quality and consistency.
• Develop user guides and video tutorials.
• Provide ongoing consultation to staff implementing Elsa.
• Gather user feedback to identify pain points for improvements.
• Assist with training staff to incorporate Elsa into workflows.
