Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, D.C. is seeking an agile Project Manager to guide our teams supporting the General Services Administration.

You will lead day-to-day project management, governance coordination, and budget activities across multiple systems while delivering O&M and enhancement work for PBS IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of federal project experience, PMP and Agile certifications, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in related field.
7+ years of relevant work experience.
PMP Certification required.
Additional Agile/Scrum certification required.
Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
Experience supporting federal clients.
Experience building and managing schedules using MS Project and Excel.
Experience building and managing risk registers with mitigation planning.
Experience creating, analyzing, and presenting surveys and data analyses.
Strong oral and written communications skills including slides and presentations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client.

The Position:

We are looking foreager, driven candidates with experience in Agile methodologies and project management to guide our teams in developing impactful solutions for the General Services Administration (GSA). The role will work with the Application Management Division (AMD) within the Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS) supporting mission-critical applications and IT initiatives that support PBS business operations. The role will include hands-on, day-to-day execution of project management, operations and maintenance (O&M), governance coordination, and budget/acquisition support activities across multiple active systems and programs. In this role, the Agile Project Manager will provide support to each project team in the portfolio. Some responsibilities include:

Develop measures to gauge project performance

Test new approaches and processes, identify risks and propose mitigation tactics
Create customizable templates to start new projects quickly andtransition projects between phases
Document, execute, and advise on knowledge management approaches
Develop, deliver, and maintain project and portfolio-level reports
Identify and implement project management best practices
Requirements development and management, including participation in governance processes such as Change Control Boards (CCB), process documentation, and business analysis activities
Oversight and coordination of operations and maintenance (O&M) activities across multiple systems
Management of system enhancements, releases, and production support activities
Support for application and system security coordination activities
Application of structured project management and process improvement practices, including familiarity with CMMI-based principles
Support shall require coordination across multiple concurrent systems, stakeholders, and priorities within a dynamic operational environment

And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.

This role may be hybrid or remote based on client needs.

The Fine Print:

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
Expected travel 0-10%; mayincrease based on business needs
This is an exempt, full-time position
