Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal programs.
• Experience supporting Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) advisory committees.
• Knowledge of FACA activities including analyzing and reviewing nominations, charter renewals, establishing charters, renewal packages, waiver compliance, and Federal Register Notices.
• Ability to adhere to and stay informed on established SOPs, relevant laws, regulations, and polices related to FACA advisory committees.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
