Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Westminster, CO seeks an Acquisition Planner to coordinate, write subcontracting documents, and ensure alignment with FAR/DEAR and DOE ISMS requirements. This full-time, exempt role requires travel 15%+ and offers a $68,000–$80,000 annual salary.

You will act as a liaison among project managers, technical teams and the PMO to implement acquisition strategies and compliant contracting actions that meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, finance, or related discipline. Experience in lieu of education considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting environmental or construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise subcontracting documents to include accurate scope statements and requirements, terms, and pricing structures.
• Ensure all subcontracting documents follow FAR/DEAR guidelines and DOE ISMS requirements.
• Ensure subcontracting documents comply with OSHA safety regulations and labor laws.
• Participate in programmatic working groups to share knowledge and improve training content.
• Participate in acquisition or procurement document and process reviews and revisions.
• Contribute to training content for subcontracting processes and closeout.
• Other duties as assigned.
