Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Acquisition Analyst - GSP/CIO-Operations within the DHA PRMD to perform research, analysis, and coordination of pre- and post-award activities for IT acquisitions.

Responsibilities include developing PWS/SOO, supporting IGCEs, documenting files, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating with government COR and MT CIOs to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contract terms
• Ability to conduct market research and support acquisition planning
• Proficiency with office and document-management tools
• Must possess or be able to obtain favorable Public Trust
• Government contract requires U.S. citizenship proof

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-award acquisition support; draft PWS/SOO and market research reports
• Assist in acquisition planning and development of strategies and plans
• Conduct IGCE-related financial analysis
• Maintain pre-award records in accordance with regulations
• Provide post-award contract administration support within scope
• Monitor performance, track deliverables, and report to COR
• Coordinate with Government COR and MTF CIOs; consolidate feedback
• Review contractor invoices and financial reports for accuracy
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and related records
• Occasional travel and flexible work hours as needed
