Job summary

USATII is seeking a Federal Account Director to lead strategic customer relationships, federal business development, and account growth for the DART platform. You will engage directly with government mission owners, IT leadership, contracting professionals, and federal system integrators to identify opportunities where DART can improve workforce readiness and operational execution.

This role is based in Washington, DC with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

7+ years in federal enterprise technology sales or related roles.
Proven record closing multimillion-dollar, multi-year federal software or cloud deals.
Experience navigating FAR-based procurements and RFIs/RFPs.
Ability to develop long-term account strategies with senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the federal account strategy for DART with FEMA and DHS focus.
Build relationships with senior government executives and contractors.
Lead the federal procurement lifecycle from sources sought to contract expansion.
Position DART capabilities to meet mission requirements including training, staffing, and reporting.
Coordinate with engineers and delivery teams on demonstrations and implementation.
Develop capture and teaming strategies with federal systems integrators and partners.
