• Experience writing narratives for Fed Civ IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Operations solutions and pursuits.
• Experience with Fed Civ agencies and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Interview Program Managers, SMEs, and Solution Architects to draft compliant technical content.
• Harvest win themes and discriminators to inform proposal content.
• Storyboard and write sections such as Technical Approach, Management Approach, Transition, and Risk Management Plans.
• Incorporate feedback from reviews (pink, red, gold teams) under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information.
