Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a FEC Manager to oversee arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions, bringing a creative mindset and strong leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires experience in FEC management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and ServSafe certification; expect responsibilities in promotions, operations, and staff development within a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other FEC attractions.
• Develop promotions, events, and loyalty programs to drive guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming and attractions equipment; schedule repairs as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming/attractions staff with a focus on guest service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices; research new games and attractions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; maintain a safe guest environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
