Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a FEC Manager to oversee all gaming and attractions, including arcade, bowling, and the redemption store. You will lead and develop the team, implement revenue-driven promotions, and maintain high standards of guest safety and service.

The role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership, and a commitment to unforgettable guest experiences in a multi-attraction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
