Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or technical field.
• 6+ years in drug development and/or clinical trial operations.
• Drug development and scientific project leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of pharma drug development processes.
• Experience with complex scientific analyses and decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership with broad scientific, strategic, and business orientations.

Responsibilities

• Manages reporting of Feasibility Team Portfolio deliverables and targets.
• Reviews metrics and escalates issues to Feasibility AD/Directors.
• Assists Feasibility ADs/Directors with scientific, analytical, and operational analyses.
• Identifies connections across therapeutic areas to optimize study performance.
• Leads continuous improvement projects.
