Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Feasibility Manager in Study Feasibility within its Clinical Development Operations (CDO) function to guide design feasibility, site/country selection, protocol review, and patient burden assessment affecting recruitment and timelines.

You will collaborate across study teams, leverage analytical expertise, and influence without authority to optimize portfolio performance and study delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pure, applied, or technical sciences.
• 6+ years of experience in drug development and/or clinical trial operations.
• Strong knowledge of pharma drug development processes.
• Experience with complex scientific analyses and decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership with broad scientific, strategic, and business orientations.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting of Feasibility Team Portfolio deliverables and contribute to performance targets.
• Review metrics and escalate issues to Feasibility AD/Directors.
• Incorporate insights from Feasibility & Business Insights teams.
• Assist Feasibility ADs/Directors in scientific, analytical, and operational analyses for study engagements.
• Identify connections across therapeutic areas and optimize study performance at portfolio level.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Demonstrate strategic, agile thinking, strong communications, cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and detail-oriented analysis.
