Job summary

Qualifications

• Student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the summer internship; housing is provided for eligible interns.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist modeling and simulation engineers with FEA.
• Use ANSA, META and solvers like Optistruct or Abaqus to aid vehicle/component development.
• Perform model validation and correlate results with data to assess accuracy.
• Analyze results and prepare technical reports; develop tools to process and automate simulation.
