Job summary

Guidehouse in Tysons, VA is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consulting professional to support the FDA. You will lead high-impact projects that improve financial, acquisition, mission, and operational performance across the enterprise.

This role requires direct engagement with executive leadership, ownership of delivery execution, and strong command of project management discipline. You will lead and manage high-visibility projects, engage with executive leadership, own deliverable quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal project management and delivery execution.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings and materials.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and weekly staffing allocations.
• Experience IT-related projects or business system implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required).
• This role requires three days on-site per week at FDA White Oak Campus, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-visibility FDA projects including budget, acquisition, and business transformation.
• Engage directly with executive leadership to shape strategy and deliver communications.
• Ensure deliverable quality and accountability across the team.
• Develop concise executive briefings, presentations, and decision materials for senior leaders.
• Oversee weekly staffing across multiple workstreams and align resources to priorities.
• Provide hands-on project management oversight, including planning, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Support IT-enabled initiatives and translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with account Directors and Partners to align priorities.
