Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce consistent standards, best practices, and operational guidelines for implementation activities.
• Review and refine deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with client goals.
• Oversee performance and development of a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality output.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Facilitate regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Represent the project team in client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Guide agile teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Drive improvements in agile processes and ensure engagement and delivery.
• Assign and monitor workloads balancing project demands with capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during project phases.
• Evaluate and improve project workflows, tools, and methodologies for efficiency and scalability.
• Proactively resolve ambiguities or conflicts in requirements to drive successful execution.
