Job summary

World Bank Group seeks an E T Consultant to operationalize FCV analytical products and LLM-enabled tools. You will work with GTFS1, FCV Coordinators, TTLs, and staff on designing, testing, deploying, and scaling LLM workflows for FCV sensitivity and responsiveness across operations and reviews.

A core focus is implementing the SPF-funded ASPIRE initiative, including development and deployment of the FCV Project Screening App and related tools. Strong Python and LLM API experience required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, data science, computational social science, public policy or related field.
• Strong Python; production experience with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing RAG systems with embeddings, vector stores and retrieval design.
• Prompt engineering for multi-step workflows with JSON schemas and function calling.
• Git, CI/CD, containerization and cloud deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support LLM-enabled workflows for FCV analysis and operational reviews across multiple teams.
• Design, test, deploy and scale LLM-based tools and knowledge packages.
• Develop and maintain FCV Project Screening App and related tools.
• Collaborate with TTLs, country coordinators and operational staff to operationalize analytics.
• Translate analytical outputs into concise briefs and guidance for FCV audiences.
