Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in digital services, seeks a Data Science Consultant 2 in the Tampa area to transform data into action. You will develop predictive models, refine algorithms, and contribute to scalable analytics projects across business units.

You will deploy multi-model analytics, leverage SAS/R/Python, and participate in governance, training, and IP asset creation while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
• Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop data preparation tasks and identify patterns or anomalies.
• Ensure data readiness for advanced modeling and deployment into production-ready solutions.
• Design and develop predictive models and data-driven analyses to address business challenges.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy models; standardize code and contribute to knowledge management.
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to refine requirements and guide implementation.
