You will manage and optimize full container load shipments, coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the shipment lifecycle. The role requires 2+ years in logistics or freight coordination, familiarity with FCL processes, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, freight coordination, or a related field.
• Familiarity with full container load (FCL) shipping processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule full container load (FCL) shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to confirm shipment details and resolve any logistical issues.
• Prepare, review, and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments throughout the transportation cycle and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to optimize shipment flow and address any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulations and company policies.
• Identify and elevate potential delays or problems to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and carrier performance for reporting and analysis.
